What are the meeting times and how long will the tour last?
The meeting time and tour duration depend on the tour chosen. The times of the tour can be found on each selected tour’s webpage, and if you have any further questions about the times, do not hesitate to contact the office. Our email is ghanatours@chigwelltours.co.uk.
Where is the meeting point?
Like all tours, the meeting point depends on the tour chosen. This information will be on the webpage of the selected tour.
Where will I be dropped off?
You will be dropped off at the designated drop off point stated in your itinerary. This will normally be near or at an underground, or train station or car park unless otherwise stated. Check your itinerary. A number of our tours start from a station on the London Underground Central Line(red line). If your tour ends with a meal, you will be left at the restaurant or pub, and in that case, you will be dropped off at the restaurant for your meal and you can walk back to the underground station for your return journey.
How do I book and pay for a ticket?
1. All the Exploring Ghana tours can be booked directly from our website, or booking agents. You can book a tour by adding the chosen tour to your basket, and from here you can check out. 2. To view your basket, select the “View basket” button on the top right-hand side of the webpage, or click this link https://chigwelltours.co.uk/basket/. Alternative payment can be done through direct bank transfer or BACS. Contact us or email the office for our bank details. How much are the tours?
The price of the tours depends on the tour chosen. The price is listed by the tour title.
Are the meals inclusive or separate?
Some tours include the meal. For some tours, the meal is not included in the purchase price. Check your tour details. You can book a choice of meals from the website when you book. See website for latest discounts and get a traditional meal.
Are the activities inclusive in the price or separate?
The activities or attraction costs are included in some tours. In some, they are separate from the purchase price.
Is food and drink allowed on tour?
No food allowed on the tour bus just water.
