Accepted Methods

With our new policy set in place in 2022, we at Exploring Ghana will now only accept bookings via our website. Any payments made outside of the website for bookings, excluding partnered sites such as: BuyAGift, Redletter Days, SmartBox and Golden Moments, will be rejected and instead directed to the appropriate page on our website. This is to help create an accurate representation of sales using our new automated booking system.

Furthermore, as previously enforced on our older version of our website, the customer will be able to purchase items off the website using the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. Each of these can be used as a guest but we highly recommend purchasing using an account as it will help us provide you with better service in the future, as well as help you save up our new added e-wallet currency.

Bookings & Refunds

Your bookings made through Exploring Ghana once accepted and confirmed in writing to you represents a contract between all persons named on the booking form and Exploring Ghana.

Exploring Ghana are also sold through online agents, affiliates, designated contractors and bookings made with these represents a contract between us so this also must follow our terms of bookings.

Exploring Ghana accept all bookings done through our website and agents are accepted as being true and accurate, if in hindsight this proves to be incorrect the company will not be held liable to any legal actions that arise from this.

If you choose to cancel your tour 15 days prior to departure you will receive a 100% refund

If you choose to cancel your tour 7 days prior to departure you will receive 50% refund

If you choose to cancel you tour under 7 days prior to departure you will NOT receive a refund (For some tours a 48 hour cancellation policy operates and you should be aware of this).

TOUR BOOKINGS: ALL TOURS CAN BE BOOKED ONLINE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. IF A PAYMENT IS MADE PRIOR TO US HAVING CONFIRMED AVAILABILITY AND THE SERVICE IS SUBSEQUENTLY UNAVAILABLE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RETAIN 15% OF THE PAYMENT MADE TO COVER OUR ADMINISTRATION COSTS AND BANK CHARGES INCURRED IN MAKING ANY REFUND.
