Exploring Ghana – grant individual users of the Website permission to view and copy the material on the Website solely for personal and non-commercial use. Such permission is revocable by Concept Consulting RMT Limited at any time without notice. You agree not to reproduce material on the Website other than in accordance with such consent and, without limitation, not to reproduce any information on the Website on any other website or in any other form.

You may use this Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions for lawful and proper purposes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the UK or any other jurisdiction.

- cancel your bookings without reference to you; and/or

BOOKINGS & REFUNDS
Your bookings made through Chigwell Tours & Exploring Ghana once accepted and confirmed in writing to you represents a contract between all persons named on the booking form and Chigwell Tours& Visits/Exploring Ghana.
Chigwell Tours/Exploring Ghana are also sold through online agents, affiliates, designated contractors, and bookings made with these represents a contract between us so this also must follow our terms of bookings.
Chigwell Tours/Exploring Ghana accept all bookings done through our website and agents are accepted as being true and accurate, if in hindsight this proves to be incorrect the company will not be held liable to any legal actions that arise from this.
COMPLAINTS
Our aim is to provide an excellent service which should meet the expectations of the clients/customers. However, with this in mind the company policy states that a full refund will not take place to clients who complain unless due to a cancellation of the tour (which can be because of the suppliers or the weather condition).
All complaints will be investigated, and the outcome will be given to clients and in certain cases we can offer a discount on an alternative tour. If the client refuses this offer, the company will take no further action.
PRIVACY POLICY
Please read our Privacy Policy which sets out the basis upon which Exploring Ghana will hold and process any personal data which you provide to us and from which you can be identified.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Concept Consulting RMT Ltd. from any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, expenses or costs asserted by any third party in connection with your use of the Website.
INSURANCE TO TRAVEL
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
It is part of your responsibility to ensure that you passport, visa and health travel documents are all valid for travel to Ghana. Your passport must have a minimum of six months before expiry. In the event of tours being closed, or road conditions en-route prevent the tour being operated as advertised, or not reaching minimum number of passengers and any other reasons beyond our control, every endeavour will be made to substitute with an alternative, but the Company reserves the right to cancel or alter arrangements as and when necessary.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute in connection with such terms or use of the Website.
